On Monday, April 11, our office will be emailing all families with children in grades TK-5 our annual enrollment survey asking if your child will be returning to Woodbury for the 2016-2017 school year. This information assists us in accurately staffing our school for the upcoming year and ensures that we have the appropriate facility space to serve our students. In addition, it allows us to prepare to forward student information to the receiving schools of those students who will be leaving Woodbury at the end of this school year. If for any reason the information you tell us changes, please notify our office immediately by phone or through email. Please be advised that this process is separate from the recent IUSD Residency Verification Forms and Documents that were recently requested. Please make every effort to complete the requested information by Friday, April 22.
