Enrollment for new students
New enrollments can now be completed online!
Before you start...
Gather the required enrollment documents. Please visit the link below and collect the Enrollment Documents in a digital format by saving them as a PDF, scanning them, or taking clear and legible photos. You will be asked to upload these documents during the online enrollment.

Once all documents are collected, please complete the IUSD district enrollment process by clicking here.

After Completing Online Enrollment:
Once your online enrollment has been completed, our Front Office staff will review and verify all uploaded documents, and reach out to families via email within one to two weeks for additional Woodbury specific documents and finalization, please see below:
- Woodbury Enrollment Contract
- Special Service Form
- Pre-K Questionnaire - If Applicable
- Kinder Questionnaire - If Applicable
- Records Request - 1st-6th Only
