Residency Verification Information


On January 22, you received an email message from the Irvine Unified School District reminding you that we will once again require residency verification for all IUSD students. If your child is planning on attending any IUSD school in 2018-2019, please make sure you complete a residency verification form and return it to the Woodbury front office prior to Feb. 23, 2018. By completing the following forms for each of your students, you will be making a formal declaration that your child lives within IUSD’s attendance boundaries. The Residency Verification form must be completed for each child attending an IUSD school. It is important to note, the Residency Verification process must be completed before your child can be enrolled in a class for the 2018-2019 school year. This is especially important at Woodbury where enrollment space is limited and large waitlists can exist at each grade level. The staffing and class placement process at Woodbury begins right after we return from spring break.

  • If you plan to enroll a kindergartner or a new student, please visit the IUSD website at for necessary pre-enrollment forms.
  • If you are considered a co-resident (you and your family are living with the owner or renter of your residence), please also note the “Co-Residency Supplemental Form.” This documentation must be completed as part of the Residency Verification and Affidavit Forms by parents or guardians who share a home with another family or individual.
