Recently our office sent an email to each family in grades K-5 containing our annual enrollment survey and asking if your child will be returning to Woodbury for the 2016-2017 school year. This information assists us in accurately staffing our school for the upcoming year and ensures that we have the appropriate facility space to serve our students. In addition, it allows us to prepare to forward student information to the receiving schools of those students who will be leaving Woodbury at the end of this school year. If for any reason the information of your current situation changes, please notify our office immediately by phone or through email if your child will not be returning to Woodbury next school year. This will allow us to enroll students who currently are being displaced from Woodbury. Please be advised that this process is separate from the recent IUSD Residency Verification Forms and Documents that were requested as well. Once again, if your child will not be returning to Woodbury next year, please make every effort to inform our office.
